ELECTION NOTICE - 2026

On Thursday, September 17th, the Spanish Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District held a special meeting. This meeting was done to declare Deeming Candidates elected, as there were no other applicants for the three open trustee positions. The meeting was opened at 7pm with a quorum, and a motion was made to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2026-09-17-a : A RESOLUTION OF THE SPANISH VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT DECLARING THE NOVEMBER 2026 REGULAR ELECTION CANCELLED AND DECLARATION DEEMING CANDIDATES ELECTED
