ELECTION NOTICE - 2026
Spanish Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District (SVWSID) will have three (3) trustee positions open for election on November 3, 2026. The term is four years. To become a candidate for an elective position on the SVWSID board, qualified persons must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the SVWSID Clerk at the Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency office during the hours 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Between June 1st and June 8th. Declaration of Candidacy forms can be obtained at the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency office, 3025 E. Spanish Trail Rd. Moab, Utah.
Qualifications at the time of filing: Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, a registered voter within the district, and a resident of the Spanish Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District.
