FOGS: Fats, Oils, Grease, & Sands

The Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency (GWSSA) has updated our Sanitary Sewer Master Plan (SSMP) to include a Fats, Oils, Grease and Sand (F.O.G.S.) program. The intent of the F.O.G.S. program is to identify and correct situations that can have a negative impact upon our sewer collection system and the Moab Wastewater Reclamation Facility.

 

Per Utah Admin. Code R317-801 we are required to implement this master plan. Commercial user's of GWSSA services are required to participate in the F.O.G.S. Program
