IMPLEMENTATATION OF GRAND WATER AND SEWER SERVICE AGENCY IMPACT FEE FACILITY PLAN (IFFP) AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA) 2026

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency (GWSSA) will hold a public hearing on 7/16/2026, at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at the GWSSA office located at:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed adoption of the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and the Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), along with the corresponding Impact Fee Enactment/Resolution.

Review of Documents:
A copy of the proposed 2026 IFFP, IFA, and the accompanying Impact Fee Enactment/Resolution are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the GWSSA office, or online at www.grandwatersewerut.gov/public-hearing .

 

Public Comments:

The public is invited and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the GWSSA District Manager at ben@grandwatersewerut.gov or delivered to the GWSSA office prior to 7/16/2026.

Citizen Submission Rules

This policy establishes procedures for the submission, review, and inclusion of written statements from citizens in the official meeting minutes of the Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency, the Grand County Water Conservancy District, the Grand County Special Service Water District, and the Spanish Valley Water & Improvement District  (Henceforth known as THE AGENCIES). The intent is to promote transparency, orderly operations, and meaningful public participation in matters relating to Agency business.
